You can do a few searches without registering, but, for extended use, I do recommend signing up – it is free and provides you all sorts of benefits:

• All of your searches are automatically saved, and you can go back and review them later!
• You can choose to receive daily or weekly email updates of your searches (or none).
• You can subscribe to an RSS feed for any of your searches.
• You can receive email or RSS updates of the changes to a single property by searching on its MLS number.
• You can add any property to your favorites so you can quickly find it later.

For registration all I need is a name and email address and then you pick your password! No hassles, I promise! I hate spam worse than you do and your email address will NEVER, ever be sold. After registration, you can expect to hear from me but I WILL NOT hard sell. I’m here to help.
