San Ramon, like the rest of Contra Costa County, is currently considered a buyers market. The inventory has been tightening and the days on market (DOM) has been increasing - both of which can easily be attributed to the holidays. The Market Action Index, however, has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for market conditions.
